The FITTING Experience

When arriving at the TaylorMade Aviara Performance Center you warm up on a designated spot on our grass range. Our fitter will watch you warm up while assessing your current clubs, your ball flight and your swing. Then, you enter our fitting studio and gather information on how your current clubs are performing followed by making swings on our Gears system where our 3D Captures will gather all of the relevant club data to explain your equipment needs. 

After your needs are explained, we will begin building your recommended clubs to hit. A list of favorite clubs are made through testing and then we head back outside to work on the range. This gives you the opportunity to validate the performance of your recommended clubs in the real world. The ability to try your clubs outside on the grass is a critical part to having the best fitting experience possible. This is where the golfer can truly see ball flight and feel the difference of the club's performance through the ground; taking the guesswork out of your investment in future clubs. 

At the TaylorMade Aviara Performance Center, we provide the best of both worlds; allowing golfers to experience the most advanced club fitting technology while being able to go outside afterwards and hit balls on one of the best grass ranges in San Diego County.
